Shawn adds great dynamic to his responsibilities under the umbrella of the Technical Services & Underwriting branch of our firm.
His emphasis is in client-specific employee benefits monthly reporting (with additional expertise in the design, implementation, and communication of employee benefits). Involvement for Shawn is also with seminar presentations and marketing developments.
Shawn graduated with undergraduate degrees in Marketing and General Business Management from Boise State University in December 2007.
Shawn oversees monthly and quarterly reporting models and keeps abreast of ongoing changes in carrier data sets. Working closely with Christopher Jansen he ensure’s that clients receive timely and accurate information regarding the utilization and financial state of employee benefit plans.
Shawn is one of three (3) HIPAA Compliance Officers at Western Benefit Solutions. His responsibilities include managing all safeguards and protocols associated with protected health information (PHI).
Shawn has been part of Western Benefit Solutions since 2003.
