Kay serves as an employee benefits assistant to Ron Osborne.  With over fifteen years of employee benefits experience, she has served in the capacity of customer service representative, grievance committee coordinator, as well as marketing representative for a Nashville-based health insurer.

She also worked for the largest independent insurance broker in the State of Tennessee as an employee benefits sales & service representative.
