Christopher oversees WBS’ Technical Services & Underwriting functions and specializes in employee benefits plan funding, design and special reporting. Bringing over 24 years involving corporate human resources and technical services combined, Christopher has been part of Western Benefit Solutions since the founding of our firm in 1997. Christopher is primarily involved in the analysis of plan design and experience, presentations, funding requirements, etc
He has worked with compensation issues, benefits analysis, worker’s compensation, pension plans, 401(k), Section 125, as well as a number of other employer-sponsored plans. Also, Chris worked for Lufthansa German Airlines (US Corporate Division, N.Y. – Human Resources Division), Idaho Power Company (Human Resources Division), and J&H Marsh & McLennan (Underwriting & Reporting Division).
Christopher has been involved with clients’ benefit plans funding forecast models, plan options, monthly and quarterly reporting from 1997, to the present.
Christopher oversees all aspects of reporting created for our clients and works closely with Shawn Warwick. They make sure reported data has been accounted for, reviewed and shared with our clients in a timely manner. It has, and continues to be Christopher’s objective to simplify complex data reports (provided by carriers) and present the data in meaningful, concise reporting protocols aimed at highlighting and bringing clarity to those areas we believe to be of importance to our clients.
Christopher is one of three (3) HIPAA Compliance Officers at Western Benefit Solutions. His responsibilities include managing all safeguards and protocols associated with protected health information (PHI).
