David is an in-valuable and unique component of Western Benefits Solutions and services provided.
Graduating with his law degree from Brigham Young University He has worked as an attorney in both private practice and as in-house counsel in Idaho, Utah and Florida.
David has represented a wide spectrum of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietors.
Clients have included Albertson’s, Inc. (Albertsons, Jewel Osco, Lucky, ACME, Sav-On Drug) and Darden, Inc. (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, LongHorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52, Capital Grille);
Areas of focus include employee benefits, ERISA, human resources, and executive compensation.
With Dave as a central player, WBS is the only Idaho Employee Benefits Brokerage and Consulting Firm with an Idaho-based, Human Resources and Benefits Attorney.
