Ron Osborne, RHU   Partner  Ron Osborne is Western Benefits Solutions’ Partner & Consultant for a number of our clients.  He serves as Consultant for several large employers including Statewide Schools, Ada County, Meridian School District, Intermountain Gas Company, etc. His accomplishments include successfully running his own benefits firm from 1981 through 1987, working with Regence Blue Shield of Idaho as Associate Director of Large & National Accounts, and working with Johnson & Higgins of Idaho as a senior consultant.  He also served as Vice President and Branch Manager of Johnson & Higgins of Idaho and  Marsh & McLennan of Idaho.
