Dan Jones RHU, REBC, V.P. Marketing & Sales Dan's primary responsibility at WBS is sales and service of medium to large sized employer-sponsored group benefit plans. Dan brings 20 years of employee benefit experience to Western Benefit Solutions, with considerable expertise in employee benefit plans for the construction and marketing industries. Additionally, Dan will manage the Small Employer Group Division of Western Benefit Solutions. Dan started his career in 1984 as a life and disability agent with Northwestern Mutual Life. In 1987 Dan worked for Regence Blue Shield of Idaho as a district marketing representative. Before joining Western Benefit Solutions, he served for more than 8 years as an employee benefit consultant with Marsh Advantage America. Dan is a Registered Health Underwriter and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant. He is also a past state president and legislative chairman of the Idaho Health Underwriters Association. Dan graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor Science Degree in Finance and Accounting.
