Cindy Smart-Tealey Benefits Consultant  Cindy Smart-Tealey is Vice President of our Voluntary Benefits Division.  She also serves as Account Manager for WBS clients, such as Boise Family YMCA, and Meridian Ford.  In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Cindy is the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Manager for: Intermountain Gas Company, Home Federal Savings & Loan, and more.   Cindy brings to WBS over 26 years of experience as a licensed Health & Life agent.  Cindy’s area of expertise includes self-insurance, partial self-funding for Group Life, Long Term Disability, Medical, with a special emphasis on the full process of communicating and enrolling as a proactive extension of our client’s Benefits Department  Cindy is a graduate of ISU, with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Accounting.
