Western Benefit Solutions (WBS) has been in existence since 1997.  The company is owned by two partners, Ron Osborne and Ron Kennedy.  WBS has 19 dedicated benefits professionals bringing years of employee benefits expertise to the organization.

Ron Osborne is Western Benefits Solutions’ President, Consultant and Account Manager on benefits issues.  He serves as Account Manager on several large employers including Statewide Schools, Ada County, Meridian School District, etc.   His accomplishments include successfully running his own benefits firm from 1981 through 1987, working with Regence Blue Shield of Idaho as Associate Director of Large & National Accounts, and working with Johnson & Higgins of Idaho as a senior consultant.  He also served as Vice President and Branch Manager of J&H, Marsh & McLennan of Idaho.  His specialties include: benefit design & implementation, cost containment, alternative benefit strategies, forecasting, trend analysis, managed care alternatives, and compliance issues.  Clients Ron Osborne serves as Benefits Consultant includes Statewide Schools, Meridian School District, Ada County, and more.

Partner, Ron Kennedy has over 33 years experience in employee benefits consulting and has an MBA through Arizona State University.  In addition to his responsibilities as a partner of Western Benefit Solutions, Ron also acts as Project/Account Manager for Albertsons, LLC.
